Friendly Urgent & Family Care at 410 College Road

Here's my last visit: I wait an hour after I get there to be called back, with an appointment. I mention that I'm still having really bad trouble with excessive daytime tiredness, and Dr. Jones says something about how he isn't comfortable working with sleep-related things, despite my sleep being relatively fine.

He then leaves the room, calls my psychiatrist without my permission or knowledge, and makes an appointment there for me. He comes back and starts telling me about how my tiredness is all my blood sugar despite it predating diabetes by several years before mentioning that he's made the appointment for me.

The rest of the staff are nice. The urgent care doctor that I saw helped me out before this office was assigned to be my primary care provider, but Dr. Jones immediately took me off the medicine the urgent care doctor put me on because he wasn't comfortable with it.

Do not go here.
