It's bad enough that they are late constantly. It's bad enough that they were supposed to update my father's ride information and ended up canceling it. But today is beyond belief. They left my 75 year old father who is a heart transplant recipient and on kidney dialysis sitting in the sun. I get it... You can't/won't/don't want to take a wheelchair bound man up 3 little stairs. But you didn't even blow the horn to let us know own you were back with him! You just LEFT HIM HELPLESS IN THE SUN!
